We've all heard amazing survival stories, and it's tough to say which survivor had to endure the most. Well, let's take a moment to appreciate the amazing survivor Alleena Hansen, a 56 year old mother who was just out for a stroll with her two dogs when she was attacked by a black bear.
She could hear the bear rummaging through her body with it's teeth, and at one point, she heard it crunching her teeth as well as the popping of her eyeball.
Feeling defeated, Alleena just lay there, until her two dogs attacked the black bear. Alleena, realizing she couldn't leave her son alone in the world, took the opportunity her dogs created and jumped over the bear, who was now eating her dogs, and rushed to her car.
After getting to her car, she took one look in the rear view mirror at herself and decided she wouldn't allow herself to look again! After driving 4 miles to a fire station, she was then taken to the hospital, where one of the doctors, who actually knew her, could recognize her because of her wounds!
