The tiny town of Dorset, Minnesota has a tyke for a mayor. The town doesn't hold elections; they hold a raffle. Every year, they hold the Taste of Dorset Festival and they basically draw a name out of a hat among one of the 28 residents of the town and that person gets to be mayor.
The town bills itself as the restaurant capital of the world and has no formal city government. Bobby's job as mayor is to greet people as they come into the town. And he's doing a great job at it, as his election has brought a lot of PR for the town and curious onlookers who want to see the tiny mayor at work.
