An airplane crashed because the pilot let his son sit at the controls during a flight!

On March 23, 1994, the Aeroflot flight 593 was scheduled to fly from Moskow to Hong Kong. The plane took off smoothly, but while it was in the air, the relief pilot, Yaroslav Kudrinsky, let his son and daughter sit at the controls. Granted, the plane was on autopilot. Not for long though.
While Kudrinsky's son was pretending to fly the plane, he accidentally shut off the autopilot control. The plane suddenly banked at an angle greater than 45 degrees and then started to nose dive. The first pilot managed to regain some control of the plane and pull it out of the dive. It then stalled though and plummeted to earth.
The crashed into a hillside and killed all 75 passengers on board. Russian authorities conducted an investigation and discovered the pilot's error by listening to the cockpit voice recordings.
